What people ask us most
Does Leaxit replace the lessor's inspection?
No. The inspection that counts is the one commissioned by your lessor. Leaxit is there to prepare for it: to see what is likely to be recorded and decide what to do beforehand.
Does the analysis detect every damage?
No, and we do not claim it does. The analysis assists your inspection: it depends on light, angle, reflections and how clean the vehicle is. That is exactly why you can confirm, reject, add a damage and retake a photograph.
Can I add a damage Leaxit did not detect?
Yes. At every angle you can add a damage by hand, giving its type, area, side and severity. It is kept exactly as you entered it, in your inspection and in your report.
Does Leaxit work for personal and business leases?
Yes. The process is the same: the vehicle goes back at the end of the contract and its condition is recorded. Leaxit helps you prepare for that; it makes no statement about your contract.
Are the amounts shown guaranteed?
No. They are estimates, built from return schedules and market repair prices. What is actually charged depends on your contract, your lessor and the condition recorded on the day.
Are my photographs kept?
No. Photographs are sent for analysis and then discarded; they are not stored on our servers. Only the result of the inspection — the points found and the estimates — is kept in your account.
Can I find a repairer near me?
Yes, where the search service is available. You search around you or at an address and get real businesses with distance, rating and contact details. Leaxit sells no repairs.
What does the PDF report contain?
The Premium report covers the vehicle, the date, the angles photographed, the confirmed damage with its area and severity, the associated estimates and the suggested actions. Detections you rejected are not included.
